supportive and friendly manager NonStop Care is working with a Local Authority with a Good ofsted rating in the South East of England area in order to help them recruit for a Fostering Social Worker who can join them on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities of the Fostering Social Worker:
The Fostering Social Worker will be joining their Kinship and Post Order Support Team.
You will be completing assessments and write reports for kinship care placements and special guardianship applications.
You will also work closely with kinship carers, adoptive parents, children, and other professionals to develop and implement care plans.
Requirements:
you are an experienced Social Worker
you have experience in fostering
you drive
