Foundation Stage Teacher
Rotherham, S60
£163 - £223 per day
Start date: 01/09/2025
Contract type: Long-term temporary – maternity cover
Working hours: Monday – Friday, term time only
Unique School Solutions are supporting a warm and welcoming primary school that is at the heart of its community in the S60 area of Rotherham. This is a full-time teaching role in Foundation Stage, covering a maternity leave on a long-term temporary basis. The role is to start in September 2025 and is required for a full academic year.
Many pupils speak English as an additional language and before starting at the school, some pupils have had no experience of learning in a formal setting. Staff quickly develop pupils’ skills to enable them to learn.

Essential requirements for the role:
- Previous experience working within a school or similar setting
- Extensive Foundation Stage curriculum knowledge
- The ability to build rapport with young learners
- Qualified Teacher Status
