o Minimum one year`s experience in Administration.
o GCSE Maths and English or equivalent qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
Word processing/typing letters/producing reports
Sorting and responding to mail as appropriate
Dealing with general enquires
Maintaining online diaries for you, Assistant Director and Clinical Manager
Managing e-mail accounts for you, Assistant Director and Clinical Manager
Arranging meetings - collate documents, sending out agendas
Minute Taking, typing up minutes and circulating as appropriate
Working Hours:
o Band 2/ Band 3 - Monday to Friday, 8am until 4pm . Rate of pay is £12.31 per hour and will be paid on a weekly basis
