Job role: Asbestos Surveyor
Package: £240-£250 a day, millage covered
Location: West London area
The Opportunity:

Our client are a northern based company who have recently won a contract in the West London area. As they're wanting to hire someone in the area, the successful candidate will ultimately get a lions-share of this long term contract and not have to worry about work for the foreseeable.
The job:
Conducting asbestos surveys on domestic properties.
Identifying and sampling suspect asbestos materials.
Documenting ACM location, extent, and condition.
Producing clear and accurate survey reports.
Following health and safety procedures (PPE).
Communicating with clients and residents.
Maintaining survey equipment.
Keeping up with asbestos regulations.
To be considered for this role, you need:
At least 12 months of relevant experience
P402 or equivalent
Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail.
