Freight Administrator £24,000 per annum, Permanent, 09:00am to 17:30pm M-F, BS35 Severn Beach, Bristol, 33 days Holiday, Pension, Health plan, Eye care, On site Parking and employee shares plan. With 350 office's worldwide, this will see you working in their new, purpose built offices playing a vital part within their sales team. The freight administrators opportunity will see you carry out duties such as: Working alongside Road, Air and Sean freight teams and complete customs entries. Completing customs documents accurately. Commercial invoicing. Performing to department KPI's. Assisting the wider team in general administrator. Taking customer call with regards to customs queries. The successful freight administrator will have a need to hold an administrative background, be proficient within the use of Microsoft programs and be confident in picking up new packages. It would be beneficial to hold current CRM system experience but full training will be provided within their bespoke system. This would be an excellent opportunity for someone who has worked as an administrator, customer service advisor, freight administrator or freight coordinator. Freight industry experience is preferred for this opportunity. This opportunity working as freight administrator will see you working within an office of 50 employees, within a team of 3 and with the full support of sales and an administration team and a direct line manager who is career served within the organisation.
