This full-time, permanent role, commencing September 2025, is ideal for a passionate French and Spanish Teacher looking to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (with potential for Key Stage 5) within a highly successful and supportive Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) department.
As a French and Spanish Teacher, You Will:
* Develop and deliver dynamic and engaging lessons in both French and Spanish, fostering students' linguistic proficiency and cultural understanding across KS3 and KS4, with opportunities to teach KS5.
* Inspire a genuine passion for language learning, preparing students thoroughly for public examinations (GCSE and A-Level) and equipping them with strong communicative skills.
* Utilise a variety of innovative teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring all students make excellent progress.
* Contribute to the wider MFL department by sharing best practices, developing resources, and potentially leading on extracurricular language clubs or international trips, a key part of being a French and Spanish Teacher at our school.
* Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in both languages, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
As a French and Spanish Teacher, You Offer:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
* A strong honours degree in French, Spanish, Modern Foreign Languages, or a closely related field.
* Fluency in both French and Spanish (native or near-native level) is essential for this French and Spanish Teacher role.
* Proven experience and success in teaching both French and Spanish at the secondary level (KS5 experience is desirable).
