Front of House Supervisor – Temporary Ongoing
Location: Blakeney
Working Hours: Thursday to Monday | 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM
(30-minute unpaid break)
Pay: £13.00 – £14.00 per hour, depending on experience
Temporary Ongoing | Full-Time Hours
We are seeking a confident and service-driven Front of House Supervisor to join our client's team on a temporary ongoing basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional looking to take the lead in a busy, high-quality restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front of house operations to ensure efficient and consistent service
Lead and support the FOH team, setting the standard for customer care and professionalism
Provide a warm and attentive experience for guests throughout service
Assist with cellar responsibilities such as changing barrels (training provided if needed)
Work closely with the management team to maintain restaurant standards and performance
Ideal Candidate:
Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Calm and confident under pressure
Cellar/barrel handling experience is a plus, but not essential – full training can be provided
Reliable and committed to working the scheduled hours consistently
