Functional Skills Teacher - SEN School in Cricklade 🌟
Are you a passionate educator looking to make a real difference? Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming and supportive SEN school in Cricklade, near Swindon, and we're looking for a dedicated Functional Skills Teacher to join their team on a long-term, full-time basis.
📅 Start Date: ASAP - July 2025
⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday | 8:30am - 3:30pm
💷 Daily Rate: From £150 per day (negotiable depending on experience)
📍 Location: Cricklade, Swindon
📌 Potential for a permanent role from September!
The Role:
You will be teaching Functional Skills in a small, nurturing SEN setting that supports pupils with a range of needs. The school values creativity, patience, and a hands-on approach to learning. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire young minds and help students build essential life skills in a tailored and supportive environment.
Requirements:
✔ Experience teaching Functional Skills (Maths and English)
✔ Passion for working with students with SEN
✔ Flexibility, empathy, and excellent classroom management
✔ QTS or equivalent teaching qualification preferred
