Job Description
My client are an established garden plant growing nursery based on the outskirts of Retford. They are looking for 4 Production assistants on a temp to perm basis to start ASAP.
This role can be full time or part time (working full days).
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have an interest in garden plants and gardening. Any horticultural qualifications would be fanatstic.
Alot of the work will be outside, so you must be prepared to work in all weathers. PPE will be provided for adverse weather condidtions.
The role will include:
Dispatch
Repotting
Pruning
Weeding
Feeding plants
Moving plants around the nursery
Helping load lorries
This is a fantastic opportunity to progress and learn more about horticulure. The company will put you through further qualifications as you progress.
Once permenent there is also the opportunity to increase pay to £14.25 per hour
Hours of work are Monday to Friday 7am-3.30pm
Part time workers must be able to work a minimum of 2 days
