What You’ll Do:
Teach and inspire learners in GCSE English/Maths and Functional Skills (Entry Level to Level 2).
Plan creative lessons that cater to different learning styles.
Track progress and provide feedback to help learners excel.
Work closely with colleagues to create a positive learning experience.
Adapt teaching methods to engage and support students from diverse backgrounds.
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, CertEd, or equivalent).
✔️ Experience teaching GCSE English/Maths and Functional Skills.
✔️ Strong subject knowledge and a passion for education.
✔️ Ability to motivate and inspire students.
✔️ Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
