PRS are currently working with a key client who require a General Manager to oversee 2 of their catering operations in the Preston region. This is a full time permanent opportunity with a basic salary of up to £40,000 per year plus company benefits. In addition the role allows for an excellent worklife balance, being Monday to Friday with no late evening work.
As General Manager you will be responsible for managing the catering operation for 2 contract catering sites which provide breakfast, lunch and dinner service in high security environment.
You will need to have strong General Management experience with excellent financial acumen, people management skills, and knowledge of all aspects of health & safety protocol within a catering operation. You will be expected to balance the need to meet strict financial targets with providing a high calibre of food and customer service.
