NXTGEN is excited to be working with a growing and highly respected firm in Bury St Edmunds to recruit a General Practice Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced manager to step into a well-established portfolio, following a planned retirement.

Key Responsibilities:
Managing and developing a portfolio of clients across multiple industries
Reviewing and overseeing year-end accounts, tax returns, and compliance work
Providing strategic advice to clients, helping them improve their financial position
Mentoring newly promoted managers, offering guidance on portfolio growth and best practices
Supporting Partners in driving the firm's growth and maintaining excellent client relationships
What We're Looking For:
ACA / ACCA qualified
Previous experience managing a portfolio in an accountancy practice
Strong technical knowledge across accounting, tax, and compliance
A passion for mentoring and developing junior team members
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
