Job Description
Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a difference in the classroom? We are seeking a dedicated General Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive team in primary schools across Wolverhampton.
🔹 The Role:
Provide classroom support to teachers across a range of year groups.
Assist with the delivery of learning activities, both in groups and one-to-one.
Support pupils' emotional, social, and academic development.
Help to maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
Contribute to planning, observations, and assessments as needed.
🔹 We Are Looking For:
Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting (preferred).
A proactive, patient, and caring approach to supporting pupils.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A willingness to be flexible and adaptable within different classroom settings.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
🔹 What We Offer:
Full-time hours during school term (8:30 - 3:30).

Potential for a permanent or extended role from September 2025.
