General Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities
• Provide in-class support to teachers and students across a variety of subjects
• Help prepare learning materials and classroom resources
• Work with small groups or individual students, offering targeted support
• Assist with behaviour management and fostering a positive learning environment
• Support students with SEND as required
About You
• A passion for working with young people in an educational setting
• Previous experience in a school is desirable but not essential
• A patient, enthusiastic, and flexible approach
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
