Our school in Hillingdon is seeking a Dedicated Geography Teacher to join our supportive and internationally-minded Humanities department. Location: Hillingdon Role: Geography Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)
Key Responsibilities:
· Deliver engaging and challenging Geography lessons across Key Stages 3-4, with a focus on global issues and perspectives.
· Inspire students to develop a deep understanding of geographical concepts, processes, and their global context.
· Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Humanities department to share best practice and enhance the Geography curriculum with a global dimension.
· Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Geography.
· Potentially contribute to extracurricular activities that promote global awareness and understanding.

Qualifications & Experience:
· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialism in Geography.
· Degree in Geography or a related field.
· Proven experience teaching Geography at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
· Strong subject knowledge and a passion for the subject of Geography and its global relevance.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire students in Geography with a global perspective.
· A commitment to fostering global citizenship and an understanding of global issues.
