Are you a passionate and dynamic Geography Teacher looking for your next challenge in an Outstanding school with strong leadership and a commitment to professional growth?
An Outstanding-rated academy in Hounslow is seeking a talented Geography Teacher to join their high-achieving Humanities department from September 2025. This is a permanent role, with a TLR available for the right candidate eager to take on additional responsibility or leadership within the department.
Start Date: September 2025
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Hounslow, Outer London (near a Piccadilly Line station)
Salary: Outer London MPS/UPS + TLR (dependent on experience)
Transport: Excellent access via public transport - close to the Piccadilly Line
The Role:
Teach Geography across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 teaching available for suitable candidates)
Deliver engaging, contemporary, and thought-provoking lessons that foster curiosity and critical thinking
Contribute to a forward-thinking department committed to curriculum innovation and enrichment
Promote fieldwork and real-world application of geographical concepts
Participate in school-wide initiatives and contribute to the academy's wider community and ethos
