We want a team player, a hot talent matcher, a key connector and a rock star in recruitment. We need someone that understands the importance of recruitment and headhunting from every angle and finding and retaining the right creative, digital, product and AI talent to make matches with our product, SaaS, AI, advertising agency and consulting clients. We also want someone who is strategic and finds talent and clients through different and unconventional approaches. As you can probably tell from our job brief, we’re NOT a corporate environment, so we’re keen to hear from seriously solid headhunters who want to be in a more flexible, creative environment whilst still maintaining top billings. The company description: We're a global boutique executive search agency that launched in Cape Town in 2013 and since expanded into UK, Europe and US. We're in the creative, product, AI and digital world and we love what we do - matching topnotch talent around the globe and breathing new life into the international recruitment world. We have talent teams in UK, US and Africa. Our main places where we recruit is Europe, US and Asia. The type of talent we represent ranges from CEO's, CPO’s, CMO’s executive creative directors, CTO's, Strategy, consulting, data, product, digital, CX, UX and beyond. Our clients include global ad agencies such as AKQA and VaynerMedia, to SaaS companies such as Vimeo and Semrush, to consultancy firms like PWC to worlds leading brands such as Adidas and Audible. Our vc clients include Sequioa cap. We have recently opened a new arm of our headhunting firm which ( excuse the pun ), is BOOMING. We are working with some of the most exciting start-ups and scale-ups on the planet. The AI and Product industry is our main focus with founding positions as well as senior roles in the US in the operations, design, solutions, customer, data, product and strategy realm. The job: We are looking for a delivery consultant/talent manager with at least four years experience in recruiting talent within either the creative, digital or product world on a global scale and ideally in the US. If you’ve worked with VC’s before, understand the start-up world and have a strong network ( or a fast learner) within the early stage hiring world, this role would be insanely fab and rewarding for you. The role: Talent hunting: • Recruit, interview and place highly skilled digital, product and AI professionals in permanent employment • Our clients are large international advertising agencies, worlds leading brands, consulting firms, early stage start-ups, scale ups, OTT and SaaS companies. • Strategic head hunting – especially to find critical roles for founding teams. • Grow and nurture a community of creative professionals located mainly in USA and Europe. • Consistently utilize and uncover the most relevant and trending ways to source hard to find tech talent • Foster an organically growing network of talent through referrals, based on expert customer service, professionalism and credibility, industry insight, and mutual respect • Help to develop recruitment strategies and materials • Be active on Social Media to scout out top talent The person: - You’ll have at least 4 years talent matching experience with solid knowledge across either digital, product, AI, or/and creative with the desire to niche within these industries. -Ability to connect and converse with a wide range of people from director to C level professionals as well as different cultures as we headhunt globally. -Truly understand the start-up grind and have the ability to zone in on hunting for critical roles, particularly for our start-up clients looking for founding teams or early hires across US ( Mainly San Francisco area, Texas and NY). - Great eye for talent with the ability to speak to talent at all levels - Leadership skills to nurture, lead and mentor a team of consultants. - Recruitment is what you make of it so we’re looking for strategic, ambitious self starters looking to earn great money each month from our unique commission plan. -This is strictly a talent delivery role and no business development is involved - Able to work to targets in a flexible environment. We don’t do ‘ breathe down your neck’ tactics here. WE ARE ALSO COMPLETELY REMOTE - We do not follow typical recruitment methods and use job boards etc so you’ll need to be a skilled talent scout, enthusiastic social media recruiter and a strategic head hunter. - We do global business so you will need to be 100% globally minded. The benefits: - A highly competitive basic salary - Bonus each month. We offer bonus from 10% – 20% - Work laptop allowance - UNLIMITED ANNUAL LEAVE.
