A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Graduate Building Surveyor to join one of the UK’s leading national property consultancies in their growing Cardiff office.
This highly respected firm is looking for a motivated and ambitious individual to support a diverse portfolio of work across both public and private sectors. Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
Degree-qualified in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
Ideally 12+ months of relevant experience in building surveying or construction (refurbishment or minor works projects)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts and build strong relationships
Demonstrated ability to support project delivery with sound contract administration and organisational skills
A clear focus on ongoing professional development, including the ambition to achieve RICS chartership
