This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate with a ground investigation background or degree to join a South West based team of geotechnical and geo-environmental specialists on a range of projects. You'll be provided with the opportunity to work closely with the team and develop ground investigation skills, a great way to kick-start your career.
This Graduate Ground Investigation Technician role offers:
A great starting salary (£24,000 - £27,000)

Taking soil samples for assessment.
Groundwater and gas monitoring.
Carrying out contamination analysis and soakaway testing.
Carrying out groundwork and assisting geotechnical engineers on projects.
Working outdoors in all conditions, with lifting and heavy duty conditions to acknowledge.To be considered for this Graduate Ground Investigation Technician role you should hold a full UK driving licence (as travelling to sites will be frequent), be commutable or living in the Glastonbury area, have a degree in geology, geotechnical engineering, earth sciences or a similar relevant subject, have a full right to work in the UK and be willing to work in all demanding conditions.
