Graduate Sales Engineer Birmingham. Are you a Graduate looking for an exciting sales role covering the UK? A world leading process equipment manufacturer is seeking a driven and dynamic graduate sales engineer to join their UK team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to build a solid career in Technical Sales, being closely mentored and helped to thrive in business development with full mentoring and extensive training in both sales and technical products.
Key Responsibilities:
* As a Graduate Sales Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, building rapport and understanding their technical needs to provide tailored solutions.
* You’ll visit clients across the UK and Ireland, with regular travel and overnight stays.
* You’ll manage new business development as well as some existing accounts, aiming to hit sales targets while providing top-notch service.
* Prepare and conduct demonstrations and trials for machinery and equipment.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth.
What We’re Looking For:
* A degree in either Engineering or Business related disciplines.
* Ability to investigate and find potential new routes to market for the company products.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to quickly connect with clients.
* Resilience, tenacity, and independence with a knack for problem-solving and analysis.
* Strong team-working skills with the ability to manage customer relationships efficiently.
* Good IT and administrative skills.
* Full UK Driving License.

* Basic Salary: Starting salary up to £45,000 per year
* Bonus: Potential to earn circa £15,000 in bonuses annually.
