What We’re Looking For: This role is ideal for someone who’s eager to learn, enjoys helping others, and wants to build a strong foundation in technical operations and customer service. We’d love to see: * A degree in a relevant subject (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Business, IT, or similar). * A keen interest in technology and how things work. * Strong organisational and time-management skills. * Confidence using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook). * A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to get stuck in. * The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. * A proactive mindset—you’re someone who takes ownership and enjoys solving problems. * A collaborative team player who’s also happy to work independently. Why Join Them? * Hands-on training and mentoring from experienced team members. * Clear development pathways and the chance to grow into more senior roles. * Supportive team culture with a focus on continuous improvement. * Real responsibility from day one—your work will make a difference. * A dynamic, growing company that values fresh ideas and initiative.
