Graduate Teaching Assistant - May or September 2025 Start
Central Harrow
Are you a Psychology graduate eager to support children's development and gain hands-on experience in a primary school setting? Join a welcoming, inclusive school in central Harrow as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.
Role Highlights:
Provide 1:1 and small group support, focusing on pupils with SEN and SEMH needs.
Work alongside teachers, the Inclusion Team, and specialists to support learning and wellbeing.
Assist during lessons and unstructured times to promote positive behaviour.
Help create an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment.
Participate in ongoing training and school development.
What We're Looking For:
Psychology graduate passionate about working with children.
Experience with SEN/SEMH is a plus.
Good communication and GCSE-level literacy/numeracy skills.
Patient, proactive, and committed full-time for the academic year.
