£25,000-£26,000 + Salary increase after 3 months + Monday-Thursday + 4 day week + Full Training + Progression + Company Benefits

Are you from an Electrical background looking for an entry-level role within a leading company offering full training to kickstart your career whilst working on exciting and varied projects in a role providing a range of ongoing progression across the business and a good work life balance due to working 4 days a week?
This long-established manufacturer produce bespoke parts for Electrical projects across many industries ranging from Automotive to Telecoms and Security. They have seen continual growth to the point they have over 130 staff and due to an ever increasing workload are looking to grow their friendly team.
In this varied role you will receive full training from senior members of the team as you undertake end-to-end project work including assembly and disassembly, testing, panel building and liaison with customers. You will work within the tight-knit electrical team of 5 as you liaise closely with the manufacturing team of 80 operatives, and other departments.
This role would suit an aspiring Electrical Engineer looking to join a well-established company offering full specialist training and a range of ongoing progression opportunities as you develop within the company.
The Role:
Full training to become a Technical Electrical Engineer
End-to-end Electrical project work
Assembly, disassembly and testing of components
Work within tight-knit team of 5, liaise with customers and other departments
Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5pmThe Person:
