Graphic Designer – Bids and Business Development Perm Role Are you a talented graphic designer with a flair for transforming complex information into visually compelling, client-ready documents? Join a fast-paced team where your design skills will play a crucial role in winning new business and crafting high-impact bid responses. Key Responsibilities: Design and layout high-quality bid documents, responses, fee proposals, and commercial brochures Structure complex business documents for maximum impact, using storytelling techniques and clear visual hierarchy Develop branded templates for proposals, pitch decks, and supporting materials Collaborate closely with business development, projects, and technical teams to translate high-level briefs into polished outputs Proofread, refine, and format case studies, capability brochures, and executive summaries Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to tight deadlines and last-minute changes Maintain a library of standardised design assets and templates Ensure all materials align with brand guidelines and meet quality standardsWhat You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field Proven experience in bid or commercial document design, ideally within a B2B context High proficiency in Adobe InDesign, PowerPoint, and MS365 Strong attention to detail, time management, and proofreading skills Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams Ability to independently travel between offices and client sites as needed ( Norfolk, Cambridge and London)Nice to Have: Experience with interactive PDFs and digital publishing formats Previous work in competitive bid or proposal environmentsIf you’re a proactive, self-directed designer who thrives under pressure and excels at balancing creativity with commercial insight, we’d love to hear from you
