Graphic Designer / Marketing Lead
Pertemps Stoke are looking for a creative, organised, and commercially-minded Marketing professional to take the lead in delivering marketing campaigns that align with our client’s business strategy and strengthen their brand presence.
Key Responsibilities of this Graphic Design / Marketing Lead role:
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives
Lead and execute multi-channel campaigns ensuring brand consistency and performance tracking
Organise and manage events and exhibitions from planning through to delivery
Oversee marketing budgets and provide line management for junior marketing staff
Create compelling content for both digital and print platforms
Design visual marketing materials including social media assets, catalogues, web content, and print adverts using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
Work collaboratively across teams, incorporating stakeholder feedback into creative and strategic outputs
Maintain and update marketing systems such as Magento 2 and marketing automation tools
Use web analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and report on KPIs
Identify personal and team training needs to support continuous development
Support in any other marketing or business-related duties as requiredRequired Skills & Experience for this Graphic Design / Marketing Lead role:
Demonstrable experience in a B2B marketing environment
Excellent written and verbal English skills
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop & Illustrator)
Experience with Magento 2 or similar CMS platforms
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and web analytics platforms
Strong organisational and time management skills—able to juggle multiple projects
Creative flair with attention to detail
Excellent communicator and collaborative team player
Flexible and adaptable to business needs
Self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude and eagerness to learn new skillsWhat this Graphic Design / Marketing Lead role offers:
