Glasshouse Operative
Shift Times: Monday - Friday 06:00-15:00
Pay Rate: £12.21ph
Location: DE65 6GY
This is a temporary assignment starting 19th May until the beginning of July, with the possibility of extension.
In this role you will join a busy team where you will assist in the planting of over 120,000 plug plants in 7,000 planters. Planters include hanging baskets, window boxes and large ground planters are almost ready to be shipped out to customer across the UK. You will join a busy team to support them getting all the plants ready for delivery, loading trolleys, watering plants, loading vans etc.

Key Responsibilities:
Loading trollies of large plants.
Loading vans ready for deliveries.
Watering plants on a large scale.
Ensuring a safe working environment.
Reporting issues to the line manager as needed.
To succeed, you will need:
To be physically fit as this role is very demanding.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Capable of working safely
Experience in working in a busy team and providing a high-quality service.
