Job Overview
Sutton Housing Partnership is seeking an experienced individual to join their Estate Services team as a Mobile Estate Officer specialising in ground maintenance. This role will involve working across various locations within the borough of Sutton.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out grass cutting and shrub maintenance
Operating motorised equipment such as mowers, strimmers and blowers
Maintaining outdoor communal areas to a high standard
Travelling between sites as required
Requirements
Full UK driving licence is essential
Experience using grounds maintenance equipment
Good physical fitness and willingness to work outdoors
Any relevant qualifications would be advantageous
Interview Details
Short face to face interview will be held on 25 April 2025 at the Sutton site office near 22 Rookley Close. You will need to present your driving licence on the day.
