📍 Location: Eastleigh/Southampton (and surrounding areas)
💰 Pay:£14.11 per hour (40 hours paid) Weekly Pay

Are you looking for an outdoor job with long-term career potential? We have an exciting opportunity for a Grounds Maintenance Operative to join a growing team in Eastleigh and surrounding areas. This temp-to-perm position offers weekly pay, a company van, and the chance to secure a permanent contract with great benefits.
Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Grass cutting, hedge trimming, and shrub maintenance
🔹 Soft landscaping and minor tree work
🔹 Clearing hazards such as dumped items or snow
🔹 Working as part of a team to maintain communal outdoor spaces
What We're Looking For:
✅ Minimum one year of grounds maintenance or horticulture experience
✅ A full UK driving licence (towing licence desirable)
✅ PA1, PA6AW, and NPTC certifications (desirable but not essential)
✅ A reliable, proactive, and hardworking attitude
A company van is provided for site visits.
