Are you an experienced Handyman looking for your next career move? This is your chance to join an industry leader, where you will carry out all aspects of fabric maintenance.
A leading player in the industry is currently looking for a Handyman to join their growing team, covering a commercial contract in Glasgow/Edinburgh.
The Role
As the Handyman, you’ll play a crucial role in the following:
* Perform general building fabric maintenance, including repairs to doors, floors, ceilings, walls, and fixtures.
* Carry out minor plumbing, carpentry, and fabric works as required.
* Perform internal and external painting and decorating tasks, ensuring high-quality finishes.
* Assist with general handyman duties, including furniture assembly, Painting, and basic repairs.
* Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used and report any issues requiring further attention.
* Liaise with clients and colleagues professionally to ensure excellent service delivery.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role of Shift Engineer, you’ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:
* CSCS Card (preferred but not essential).
* UK Full Valid Driving License.
