About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Handyman to join our long-term construction project in Bermondsey. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for stable work over at least the next two years.
Key Details
* Section 106 Requirement: Applicants must be residents of the Borough of Southwark.
* Duties: General handyman tasks on a busy construction site, including minor repairs, maintenance, and assisting trades as required.
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm (9.5 hours paid).
* Pay: £20.00 per hour, paid under UTR (self-employed/CIS).
Requirements
* Proof of address in the Borough of Southwark (essential due to Section 106 obligations)
* Valid CSCS card
* Own tools and PPE
* Ability to start immediately
