In this role, you will:
Oversee Daily Operations: Take charge of all kitchen activities, ensuring every product meets the highest standards of preparation and cooking.
Team Training and Delegation: Inspire and train your team, delegating tasks to keep the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently.
Margin and Costing Management: Leverage your expertise in margin and costing to enhance kitchen productivity and efficiency.
Supervise Food Service: Lead your team throughout the day.
