Job Description
We are proud to be working with an Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ secondary school in South London to recruit a passionate and experienced Head of Computing & Business or an ambitious Teacher of Computer Science ready to take the next step. This is a full-time permanent position starting in September 2025, with a TLR2B available for leading the department.
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a forward-thinking school with high academic standards, excellent student behaviour, and a collaborative leadership team. The successful candidate will oversee the strategic development of Computing and Business while delivering engaging lessons across KS3 to KS5. Strong departmental support and resources are provided, and the school welcomes applications from ECTs looking to grow into leadership or experienced teachers ready for a new challenge.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Hold QTS and a degree in Computer Science, ICT, Business, or a related field
* Be capable of teaching Computer Science to KS4 and KS5, with Business optional
* Have a track record of strong teaching and, ideally, some leadership experience
* Demonstrate excellent subject knowledge and classroom management
* Be innovative, reflective, and ready to lead curriculum development
* Have a genuine passion for digital literacy, coding, and preparing students for a tech-driven future
