Head of Corporate Sales Responsibilities:
Responsible for generating revenue and driving the business growtth
Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to surpass performance objectives.
Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create integrated campaigns that connect with our audience.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management review.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Drive negotiations for high-value contracts to secure favourable terms for the company.
Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and
closing, being quick to identify opportunities for improvement and development.
Mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve peak performance and professional
growth by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities and emerging markets.
Desired qualifications & skills:
A minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably in the events, hospitality or catering industry
Experiience of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Exceptional leadership skills capable of inspiring a diverse team to achieve common goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills would be essential in this role
with the ability to think strategically and analytically and proficiency in CRM software and
Microsoft Office Suite.
