Job Description
This reputable engineering company are seeking a talented Head of Engineering to manage the design and development of a range of complex electro-mechanical equipment packages used in the Energy industry.
As the Head of Engineering, you will oversee the day to day running of the engineering department and be the technical authority signing off on P&IDs, documentation, and all other aspects of project work. You should have proven experience running a team, driving and implementing engineering strategy (including budgeting, R&D, compliance) and staff training. The right candidate should be a confident leader and excellent communicator.
This is an excellent opportunity that will be both technically challenging and highly rewarding. The role involves an exciting blend of Mechanical and Electrical systems used on bespoke equipment. In return the company are offering an excellent salary, strong benefits and long-term stability.
Head of Engineering requirements:
Degree level in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering (or similar)
Proven technical management experience
P&IDs
Packaged/Process systems experience – ideally high-pressure Gas or Fluid systems (or similar)
Oil & Gas experience (highly desirable)Benefits of this Head of Engineering position:
