We are seeking an inspirational Head of English to direct the provision of English throughout the school. The school is set in wonderful grounds and has all the charm of a traditional red brick school and can boast all the modern facilities .
Your role will be to work with a large departmental team and report to the Deputy head. You will be a strong believer in the sharing of good practice and either have previous experience as curriculum/subject leader or in the delivery of cross school initiatives.
The school have had previous success in fast tracking middle managers onto senior leadership roles and will encourage personal development in this area. This is a unique role and the school is keen to encourage excellent classroom practitioners to apply.
