Responsibilities include:
Leading and scaling the company's Influencer Marketing practice for profitability and efficiency.
Managing a high-performing team, overseeing workload, priorities, and output.
Being the senior relationship holder for clients in Influencer, ensuring work is delivered to standard and on time.
Driving automation, process improvement, and tech adoption to streamline delivery.
Leading on team growth, training, and career development.
Owning commercial performance, ensuring profitability and retention of key accounts.
The ideal candidate:
A seasoned influencer marketing expert with 10+ years' experience.
Commercially savvy with a proven track record of running profitable, high-performing teams.
Demonstrable success in optimising Influencer delivery through automation, processes and technology
Passionate about people leadership, training, and development.
A strategic thinker and natural problem solver who thrives on finding client solutions.
Tech- and process-minded, with a track record of driving automation and operational excellence.
A confident, authentic communicator who leads with clarity and purpose.
How to succeed:
You will hit contribution margin targets through effective budget management.
You'll hit internal targets/metrics around resource utilisation.
You will hit our quality assurance metrics across the practice.
Hit our technology adoption target.
Team engagement, retention and career growth metrics will be met.
