Head of Sales
Newark, Full Time, Permanent
Basic salary up to £60,000, OTE £85,000
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Sales to join a thriving and busy sales team. You will responsible for managing and developing the sales team as well as forming part of the Senior Leadership team.
THE ROLE
* Leading and developing the sales team
* Ensuring sales targets are set and achieved
* Providing strategic and operational advise to the board
* Analysing team performance and driving continuous improvement
* Maintaining a high performance culture across the sales team
* Ensuring compliance, FCA accreditation, and training needs are met across the sales team
* Managing day-to-day operations and dealing with complex issues as needed
THE CANDIDATE
* Strong automotive background in a managerial role
* Ability to develop and coach individuals to a high standard
* Proven track record in leading a sales team
* Excellent communications and leadership skills
* Commercially minded, ability to identify opportunities for profitability and growth
