About the Role Based in Bristol, you’ll work across South West and South Wales, championing a culture of safety and excellence. As a proactive SHE Advisor, you will: * Collaborate with management to develop and maintain safe systems of work. * Provide expert advice on risk management, compliance, and improvement plans. * Deliver training, conduct audits, and drive SHE initiatives to foster a positive safety culture. * Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including the HSE and local authorities. * Monitor and analyse SHE data to identify trends and implement effective solutions. This dynamic, project-focused role offers variety and the flexibility for occasional remote working, allowing you to influence safety standards across diverse construction projects. About You You’re an experienced SHE Advisor with a strong background in construction and a talent for inspiring others. You bring: * A General NEBOSH Certificate or alternative qualification. * In-depth knowledge of SHEQ best practices in construction, particularly in schools, commercial, and public sector projects. * Strong communication and coaching skills to engage managers, staff, and stakeholders. * A full UK driving licence (essential for site visits). * A passion for teamwork, inclusivity, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
