As a Heat Pump Sales Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind growing their installer network - proactively generating demand through consultative sales. While primarily phone and Teams-based, you'll have the satisfaction of seeing your specifications become real-world installations. You'll enjoy variety across prospecting, technical support, account development and partnership onboarding, all while being supported by comprehensive product training and market-leading technology.
You're a natural relationship-builder with either HVAC sales experience or transferable skills from technical sales environments. Comfortable with both consultative selling and detailed product discussions, you combine commercial acumen with the ability to understand heating systems. Whether you're a renewables enthusiast or keen to pivot into this growing sector, you share our client's passion for sustainable solutions and want to grow with an industry leader.
The Role
Drive heat pump sales through installer partnerships and specifications
Convert inbound leads while proactively developing your own pipeline
Provide technical pre-sales support and create tailored proposals
Onboard and develop installer partners through structured programmes
Maintain meticulous CRM records and sales reporting
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activityThe Person
Proven experience in B2B sales/account management (HVAC ideal)
Ability to understand and discuss technical heating specifications
Outstanding phone manner and virtual presentation skills
Target-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
CRM proficiency and disciplined sales process adherence
