NEOS are currently looking for an experienced Heavy Plant Engineer/ Service Engineer/ Plant Fitter to join a well-established and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated engineer who enjoys working across a variety of equipment brands and models, with clear career progression and excellent benefits on offer.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience working with construction plant and equipment from leading manufacturers. . You will be confident inspecting, servicing and repairing out in the field on customer sites.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering great perks for the successful engineer, the company offer manufacturer training, unmatched overtime rates and bonus.
The Role:
Repair, service, and inspect a wide range of plant and equipment prior to hire and upon return
Fault diagnosis and repair in line with manufacturer recommendations
Work across a wide range of machinery including excavators, telehandlers, dumpers, rollers and associated equipment
The Candidate:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Professionally recognised qualification in plant maintenance and repair
Understanding of engines, hydraulics, mechanical and electrical systems
Experience working with equipment from major manufacturers JCB, CAT, Develon, Sany
Full UK Driving License
Strong communication and organisational skills
