We’re seeking an experienced Facilities Helpdesk Supervisor to join our client in a permanent, full-time role, office based in Wigan. Salary is £28kpa based on working Monday - Friday 37.50 hours per week. You’ll lead a busy helpdesk team, ensuring efficient handling of facilities requests, work orders, and contractor coordination across a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day helpdesk operations Support and mentor helpdesk staff Prioritise and allocate incoming tasks effectively Liaise with facilities teams and contractors to ensure timely resolutions Monitor SLAs and produce performance reportsRequirements: Proven experience in a similar facilities helpdesk or coordination role Strong leadership and communication skills Proficient in CAFM systems and MS Office Ability to manage a high workload with attention to detailIf you’re highly organised, proactive, and ready to lead a team that keeps facilities running smoothly — we’d love to hear from you.
