Job Description
Temp to Perm for the right candidates
We are currently seeking experienced Class 1 HGV Drivers for day shifts with the UK’s largest distributor of polystyrene, specialising in building insulation. This is a fantastic opportunity offering consistent hours and no heavy lifting — just safe and reliable transport of lightweight goods.
Key Details:
* Shift Time: 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
* Deliveries: Polystyrene to multiple sites across the UK
* Manual Handling: None required — transport only
* Guaranteed Hours: Minimum 45 hours per week
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years’ Class 1 driving experience
* Must be 25 years or older (insurance criteria)
* Valid CPC and DQC
* No more than 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, or IN codes)
