Job Description
Proactive Personnel are looking for HGV Class 1 drivers to join our network and work with our well established clients If you are looking for a few days or regular work we can help.
NIGHT SHIFTS AVAILABLE
LONG TERM / AD HOC WORK AVAILABLE
Responsibilities:
-Safely operate an HGV vehicle to transport commercial goods
-Plan routes and ensure timely delivery of goods using knowledge of the road
-Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations
-Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance
-Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
-Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
-Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
Experience Required:
-1 to 2 Years’ HGV class 1 Experience
-Up to 6 Points on licence (no NI, CD, TT on licence)
-No New Passes
-Valid CPC
Pay Rate:
£16-£20 - (PAYE, RHP, Umbrella)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
Pay: £16.00-£20.00 per hour

* Monday to Friday
* Night shift
* No weekends
* Weekend availability
Experience:
* Driving: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
