HGV Class 2 ADR Driver
West Thurrock
Monday - Friday
£40,884 per annum
(Overtime paid at £24.72 per hour on overtime shifts)
We are looking for a Class 2 HGV and ADR Driver for a manufacturing company based in West Thurrock.
We are collaborating with one of the largest independent chemical manufacturer and distributer in the UK, with over 50 years within the industry. They supply over 1 million tonnes of specialist chemicals every year to various industries, including; water treatment, galvanisers, food manufacturers, detergent manufacturers, and more.
You would be responsible for transporting specialist chemicals, in bulk, around the UK to customers in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
* Transport specialist chemicals in bulk to our valued customers
* Ensure compliance with ADR and tankers
* Demonstrate good knowledge of geography and the UK road networks
* Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
* Uphold our commitment to health and safety standards
Requirements:
* Class 2 HGV License
* ADR Qualification - Class 8 & 9 in Tanks (required)
* Valid Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (DCPC) card
* Valid Driver Card
* Flexibility for overtime and nights out
