Job Description
Are you an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver looking for work?
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our team. This role involves delivering palletised goods to various locations in and around the Lancaster area, with 10-12 drops per day (estimated).
Key Responsibilities:
Safely drive a Class 2 vehicle to deliver goods to customer locations
Make 10-12 drops per day, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries
Ensure goods are loaded and unloaded correctly and securely
Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies
Complete necessary paperwork and log your deliveries accurately
Maintain high standards of customer service and communication
Requirements:
Valid HGV Class 2 license
CPC qualification
Digital tachograph card
Previous experience in multi-drop deliveries
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
A good understanding of road safety and vehicle maintenance
No major endorsements/ No more than 6 points
What We Offer:
Pay rates from £15.00 per hour (PAYE ADV) - PAYE also available
Overtime available after 8 hours
