Job Description
HGV Class 2 driver
** Chippenham / Swindon based (Company relocating to Swindon in the next few months)
Mon to Fri
Day shift
* Daily walk round / vehicle checks. reporting defects
* Adhering to driving rules and regulations / driver hours
* Driving in a safe and professional manner at all times
* Delivery to various sites across the south and south west in a curtain side vehicle
* Loads are Forklift off but may require manual intervention
* Communication woth transport office if any issues
* Customer facing so polite and friendly at all times
* Recording paperwork for deliveries and returns / using handheld PDA
* Follow H&S procedures at all times
Drivers must be:
* 23yrs or above
* 1 year of HGV Class 2 driving experience
* max 6 points - no majors (IN, DC, DR, DG)
* Valid digital tacho card and driver CPC qualificationBefore You Apply
