Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (DOE)

Shifts: Various shifts available (Days, Nights, Rotating, and Weekends)
About the Role:
We are looking for experienced and motivated HGV Technicians to join our team in Rushden. With a salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience, this is an excellent opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking and supportive company. We offer flexible shift patterns to suit different lifestyles, including day, night, rotating, and weekend shifts.
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of our HGV fleet through professional servicing, maintenance, and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose, repair, and service a range of heavy goods vehicles
Conduct MOT preparations, routine inspections, and preventative maintenance
Accurately complete job cards and service documentation
Ensure all work is carried out to DVSA and company safety standards
Work collaboratively with colleagues across different shift teams
Attend breakdowns when required (rotational or voluntary basis)Requirements:
Proven experience as an HGV Technician / Mechanic
NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
Valid UK Driving Licence – HGV Class 1 or 2 desirable but not essential
Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts as requiredWhat We Offer:
