Higher Learning Teaching Assistant | Bexley (DA16) | £110- £135 per day | Full Time | ASAP

We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their ambitious team. We are looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to play a key support role, working alongside teachers to enhance learning and help raise student achievement.
Support students in their learning, establishing productive working relationships and providing feedback
Lead learning activities for small groups or, occasionally, the whole class (especially when covering for a teacher).
Deliver lessons planned by a teacher or, in some cases, plan lessons themselves.
Help manage behaviour in the classroom and support a positive learning environment.
Supervise students during non-classroom time, such as lunchtime or after-school activities.
Support the curriculum by delivering learning activities in line with local and national learning strategies, and selecting and preparing resources necessary to lead learning activityAbout You:
Have autonomy in the workplace and the ability to deliver specific interventions.
Proven experience working with children, including those with additional needs, and delivering targeted literacy and recovery programs.
Holds relevant A-level (NQF Level 3) and NVQ Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths; additional subject-specific or specialist qualifications preferred.
Has met, or demonstrates strong potential to meet, Higher-Level Teaching Assistant standards within 6 months of starting the role.
Completed training in relevant learning strategies, such as literacy interventions.Why Choose Long Term Futures?
