Job Description
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are Level 4 Teaching Assistant Qualification or above/equivalent.
If you have a BA in Education you would also be legible.
Contract dates: ASAP
The role
One of our lovely two form entry, Dudley based primary schools are seeking a Higher Level Teaching Assistant.
Your role will consist of supporting some students with SEND conducting some small group work for part of your day, as well as covering some PPA and supporting the class teacher where needed.
ABC Teachers work with a number of different Primary Schools in the Dudley and Sandwell areas, so the vacancies we currently have are diverse, and therefore we can be flexible with your working days/ hours. The current vacancies we have are general day to day cover as well as longer term positions for Teachers and Support staff. However more are coming available every day.
Requirements
To be considered for the Higher Level Teaching Assistant position, you will:
Have a minimum of a Level 4 Teaching Assistant Qualification/HLTA/or QTS
Have experience of delivering lessons.
Be confident in your abilities to engage with all pupils of all Primary age groups
Have the ability to work well within this inclusive team of Primary specialists.
