Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Outskirts of East Grinstead - Driving essential due to location
Lloyd Recruitment Services are seeking a passionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to support the educational development of students in a dynamic learning environment. This role is essential in fostering a positive atmosphere where students can thrive academically and socially.

Core working hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 8:45 AM - 4:00 PM; Wednesday 8:45 AM - 4:30 PM; Friday 8:45 AM - 3:30 PM

Support the educational and personal development of students, ensuring their welfare and safeguarding
Work closely with teachers to provide targeted assistance to individual students or small groups
Help maintain an organised and stimulating classroom environment
Promote positive behaviour and support students during classroom activities and breaks
Assist in preparing learning materials and managing classroom tasks
Communicate effectively with staff, students, and parents to promote a collaborative learning experience
Participate in school policies and procedures regarding health, safety, and well-being
Drive the school van or personal vehicle for off-site activities, as neededEssential Qualifications and Skills:
Teaching Assistant Qualification or actively pursuing a Teaching Assistant Qualification
GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English
Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
Experience working with children or young people
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a supportive environment
